Ingredients
- 1 Lb Boneless chicken breasts -Diced into cubes
- 1/8 Teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Chile de Arbol pepper
- 1/8 Teaspoon Mexican oregano
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/8 Teaspoon white pepper or to taste
- 4 Oz. cream cheese (or 1/2 block)
- 1/3 to 1/2 Cup Half and Half
- 4 Oz. Can Diced Green Chiles
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 3/4 Cup Shredded Monterrey cheese

How to make it
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in skillet. Place chicken in bowl and add first 3 seasonings to chicken. Mix chicken well. Add chicken to oil and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from pan with slotted spoon and place into an 8 x 8 baking dish.
2.Add cream cheese to same pan with juices from chicken. Slowly stir, add green chilies and half and half. Add salt and pepper. Stir until smooth.
3.Pour mixture over chicken. Spread cheese over chicken. Bake in over for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
