Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese (2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese (2 ounces)
- 1 to 2 tsp. Chile Powder (can be adjusted)
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped Green Chiles, drained

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
