Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 (15 oz) can Libby pumpkin
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 4 lightly beaten eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup raisins (soaked to soften)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. In a larger bowl, mix well pumpkin, oil, applesauce, eggs & water. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in nuts & raisins. Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 65 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.
