Ingredients

1 lg egg
1 T water
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 c flat leaf parsley
3 T fresh grated Parm cheese
pepper
4 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

400 degrees/ Spray pan with PAM
Beat egg with water in shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs, parsley, cheese on waxed paper. Dip chicken in egg mixture. Coat on both sides with bread crumb mix. Shake off excess.

Bake 15 minutes.
