Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 bay leaf

Step 1

In a large plastic bag, combine flour, salt, thyme, marjoram & pepper. Add potatoes; seal & shake to coat. Pour butter into 13 x 9 baking dish; stir in garlic. Add potatoes & bay leaf.

Cover & bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover & stir; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned & tender. Discard bay leaf. Serves 4
