Ingredients

  • cup flour

  • ¾

    tsp. salt

  • ½

    tsp. dried thyme

  • ½

    tsp. dried marjoram

  • tsp. pepper

  • 5

    medium potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" cubes

  • ¼

    cup butter, melted

  • 1

    garlic clove, minced

  • 1

    bay leaf

Directions

In a large plastic bag, combine flour, salt, thyme, marjoram & pepper. Add potatoes; seal & shake to coat. Pour butter into 13 x 9 baking dish; stir in garlic. Add potatoes & bay leaf. Cover & bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Uncover & stir; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until potatoes are lightly browned & tender. Discard bay leaf. Serves 4
