Ingredients
- 8-10 chicken livers
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T chicken fat
- 1 grated onion
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Preparation
Step 1
1. boil livers in just enough water to cover with dash of salt.
2. remove and cool. chop with eggs and season.
3. add grated onion and mix with chicken fat.
4. press all through sieve to make smooth.
