Swedish Cookies

Ingredients

  • Beat 2 cups of margarine to cream.
  • Add 1 cup of dark brown sugar.
  • Add 4 egg yolks.
  • Add 4 cups of sifted flour.

Preparation

Step 1

Pick up a teaspoon of dough mixture at a time and shape into small balls. Drop into egg white and roll in chopped walnuts.
Lay balls on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake in slow oven 300 degrees. After 5 minutes, punch down each cookie with a fork then continue to bake 15 minutes.
