- 1 frozen banana, peel and slice, then freeze
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 cup vanilla chobani Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweet vanilla Almond Breeze
- Approximately 4 cups (fill to top) baby spinach
