Ingredients
- 4 4 4 eggs
- 2 2 2 C sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 C canola oil
- 1 12oz 1 12oz 12oz can pumpkin
- 2 2 2 C flour
- 2 2 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 2 2 2 tsp cinnamon
- Frosting
- 4 4 4 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 stick soft butter or margarine
- 1 1 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 1 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 2 2 C powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs lightly add sugar, oil and pumpkin, beat until blended, Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread into 9 x 13 jelly roll pan. Baje at 350 for 30 - 40 mins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
Frosting:
add all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and mix with beater until well blended, frost cooled cake.
