Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sliced carrot
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups fat-free chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 tlbs tomato paste
- 1/2 tea dried basil
- 1/4 tea dried oregano
- 1/4 tea salt
- 1/2 cup diced zucchini

Preparation
Step 1
SPRAY large stock pot with nonstick cooking spray
SAUTE' carrot, onion and garlic for 5 minutes over low heat until softened
ADD broth, cabbage, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt and green beans to pot
BRING to boil and reduce to simmer for about 15 minutes.
CHECK beans for tenderness
ADD zucchini and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes.
