Ingredients
- 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bottle soy sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1-1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
Step 1
Put deer steak sliced thin in Ziploc bag for 2 days, mixing meat around often. Remove and lightly wipe off with finger and place in dehydrator.
