Ingredients
- 2 cups grated zuchinni
- 1 cup frozen corn (home made)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shreddeed mozzarella
- salt - pepper - garlic salt
- 1/2 cup combination flour, cornmeal, breadcrumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together and stir well enough to distribute ingredients evenly. Heat oil in skillet and drop by heaping TBSP's and cook on each side until golden.
Serve with sour cream and/or salsa
