Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

• 3/4 heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• salt/pepper to taste
• dash of nutmeg
• cajun seasoning to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a sauce pan heat heavy whipping cream and butter until melted
add Parmesan Cheese and seasonings to taste
heat until thickened
