- Seasonal Drinks
Pink Martini – mix 4 oz. of Bacardi Limon Rum, 2 oz. of cranberry juice, a squeeze of lemon and a dash of dry vermouth. Shake with ice.
Black Velvet – Fill a champagne flute halfway with Guinness draft; top it off with champagne.
Bellini – puree a fresh, ripe, peeled peach. Refrigerate. Spoon 1 oz. of puree into a glass; pour in about 4 ounces of bubbly. Stir gently; serve in a champagne flute.
Blackberry Julep –
2 oz. blackberry liqueur
1 oz. bourbon
A big squeeze fresh lemon juice
A healthy splash club soda
2 tablespoon mixed berried (blackberries, blueberries), marinated in 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 ounce Grand Marnier for 20 minutes
Shake all ingredients, except for berries and club soda, with ice. Strain into a tall glass ¾ filled with crushed ice. Add a splash of soda. Garnish with mixed marinated berries. Top with a mint spring; serve with a straw.
