  • Mix together 2 c. flour, 1/2 c. powdered sugar, and 1 c. butter or margarine. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 1

Mix 4 eggs, 5 T. lemon juice, 2 c. sugar, 4 T. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder.
Pour over baked crust and bake 25 minutes. When cool, cover with light dusting of powdered sugar.
