Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupBull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cupKraft Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cupfresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

Preparation

Step 1

MIX all ingredients except chicken; pour over chicken in shallow glass dish. Stir to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

HEAT barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; thread onto 12 skewers. Discard marinade.

GRILL chicken 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done.

Make Ahead

Chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.

Cooking Know-How

Soak skewers in water for 1 hour before using to prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
