Ingredients
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 2 T sugar
- 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Place dry yeast, sugar and water in bowl and stir until dissolved. Add flour and salt. Mix and knead for 5 minutes. Divide into 18-20 parts. roll each ball onto a floured board, 5 inches across, 1/4 " thick. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Cook at 500 for 5 minutes.
