Herb-Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbs raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp coarsely chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend all ingredients except oil in processor.

2. With processor running,
gradually add oil.

3. Season with salt and pepper.
(Can be made 1 day ahead. Refrigerate.
