Ingredients

  • FRUIT MIXTURE
  • 5 cups sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh or crozen cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • TOPPING
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • Chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 12x8 baking dish.

In large bowl combine all fruit ingredients. Toss to coat. Spoon into greased baking dish.

Combine rolled oats, brown sugar, and flour. Use a pastry blender to cut in the butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of fruit.

Bake 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
