Teriyaki Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 1 red pepper, cubed
  • 1 red onion, cubed
  • 1 pkg cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pkg button mushrooms
  • 10-12 small potatoes, cubed
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and seasoned salt. Pour half the marinade into a plastic bag and add steak. Turn to coat and marinade 4-8 hours. Reserve remaining marinade. Once marinade complete, skewer meat and remaining ingredients. Grill until done (checking potatoes), basting with reserved marinade.
