Chocolate Marshmallow Frosting

• 1 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1/4 c. margarine
• Bring to boil for 1 1/2 min. or longer. Remove and add 1/2 c. chocolate chips and a handful of miniature marshmallows and vanilla. Stir.
