Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3/4 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 14 oz Lindt white chocolate (or whatever brand of white chocolate chips... Lindt is best but no necessary)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk or cream
  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
  • Fruit Topping:
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:
Heat oven to 300, beat butter and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy, blend in flour. Press mixture onto bottom and side of 12 inch pizza pan. Bake 20-25 mins or until lightly browned. Cool.

Filling:
In microwave safe bowl. place chocolate and milk at high for 1 - 1 1/2 mins or until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Beat in cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust and chill.

fruit topping:
sauce pan combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in juice. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened, cool. Meanwhile slice and arrange fruit on top of filling, pour juice mixture over fruit. Chill.
