Ingredients
- 1 can regular corn
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 potatoes, boiled and drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. In large saucepan melt butter and sauté onion for 5 minutes. Add flour and blend to smooth paste
2. Remove from heat and stir in milk, water and half and half slowly. Add corn, potatoes, salt and pepper
3. Bring to boil and stir constantly for 5 minutes
