Cheddar Turkey & Black Bean Torta Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Cheddar Turkey & Black Bean Torta Sandwich
  • 3 tbsp GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 finely chopped canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 Tbsp. reserved adobo sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 c KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
  • 4 Bolillos (6 inch), split
  • 20 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 4 KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 1 Avocado, thinly sliced
  • 24 drained pickled jalapeño nacho slices

Preparation

Step 1

MIX mustard, chipotle peppers and adobo sauce. Mash beans in medium bowl. Add half the mustard mixture; mix well.

SPREAD bottom halves of rolls with mayo, then bean mixture. Spread top halves with remaining mustard mixture.

FILL rolls with turkey, cheese, avocados and jalapeno slices.

For hot sandwich: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Fill rolls, except for avocado & nacho slices. Wrap in foil. Bake for 5 min., remove from oven & add avocado & jalapeno slices.
