Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons snipped mint leaves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup light raisins
Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice as label directs for boiled rice. In a large skillet, sauté beef and onions until meat is browned. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon, mint, raisins and nuts. Remove from heat. Combine with rice. Bake covered at 325
