Ingredients
- 1 2-lb. bag hash browns (shredded) or 1-1lb.bag ??
- 1/2 C. onion chopped
- 10 oz. pkg. cheddar cheese shredded
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick butter (melt) - need 2 total

Step 1
Mix & pour into greased casserole. Top with seasoned bread crumbs or onion rings. Melt another stick of butter & pour over bread crumbs.
Bake @ 350° for 1 hr. 10 minutes.
