Steak and Mushrooms

• round steak
• mushrooms
• onion
• 1 can beef consumme

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut steak into cubes, flour and brown steak. Put mushrooms and onion into pan and heat add to steak. Put steak mixture into 13 x 9 baking dish cover with consumme and cook 1 hour uncovered.
