Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups butter softened, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tlbs. vanilla, 4 cups flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Stir together dry ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture until completely blended. chill for 30 minutes. roll out on lightly floured surface roll to 1/4 inch thick cut out with cookies cutters Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes for with favorite frosting.
