Ingredients
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C butter
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 C milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1/2 C sunflower seeds (+ 3 TBLS extra to garnish top) (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Set oven 350
In a lg bowl, beat sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Add banana's mild and vanilla. Blend well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda and salt. Add sunflower seeds if desired. Combine the two mixtures stirribng only until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan or 12 muffin tins. Sprinkle top with extra sunflower seeds if desired.
Bake at 350 F for 50 to 60 miniutes. WIll be ready when tooth pick comes out clean. Cool 5 min and remove from pan.
