Ingredients

• 3 -3/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
• 1 cup of water
• 1 teaspoon flavoring oil
• desired food coloring

Preparation

Step 1

sprinkle 18x24 inch strip of heavy duty foil with powdered sugar
mix first 3 ingredients in large heavy saucepan. stir over med heat until sugar disovled
boil with out stiring untill tem reaches 310 or until drops of sugar form hard
remove from heat stir in flavor and coloring pour onto foil
cool break into pieces
store in air tight container
