Ingredients
- 5 lb. white potatoes
- 3 eggs
- salt to taste
- Flour to consistency
- 2 lbs. bacon - sliced into small pieces
- 2 sticks of butter

Preparation
Step 1
fry bacon until crisp - put aside
Grate potatoes
Add eggs
Add enough flour so when dropped in the water it floats.
salt to taste
drop potato mixture by tablespoons in boiling water, take out when they start to float and put aside in a bowl.
put bacon in large pot with butter and melt butter with bacon.
put cooked potatoes in with the bacon and butter. you might have to slice the potatoes to bite size pieces before putting in bacon mixture.
Mix and heat on low until thoroughly mixed, around 20 minutes.
you can make ahead, put in fridge and then heat up in oven until warmed thru.
