Ingredients

• 9 Cups rice chex mix
• 1 cup semisweet choc chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl measure cereal, set aside

in 1 quart microwavable bowl. microwave choc chips, peanut butter, butter for one min, stir..microwave about 30 seconds longer until smooth
stir in vanilla. pour mixture over cereal
pour in a gallon plastic zip lock
add powdered sugar, seal bag and shake until well coated
Store in fridge
