Potato Mushroom Cups

  • 6 potatoes 6
  • 500 ml mushrooms, sliced 2 cup
  • 500 ml cheddar cheese, grated 2 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Boil whole, unpeeled potatoes until just tender; slice. Meanwhile, fry mushrooms in butter; set aside.
In a muffin pan; place a row of potatoes, a row of mushrooms and then grated cheese; repeating until cup is full. Bake in 350 F (180 C) oven for 10 minutes.
