Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Elbow Maaroni
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tbs all-purpose flour
  • salt & pepper
  • 4 c whole milk
  • 4 c shredded cheese (various)
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese (cubed)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Cook the macaroni according to package directions.

Stir the eggs, flour, dash of salt & pepper into the milk in a medium size bowl.

Dain macaroni and put into the baking dish. Mix 2c of shredded cheese & all the velveeta into the macaroni.

Pour the milk mixture over macaroni & cheese. Stir to ensure everything is incorporated. Spread remaining 2c of shredded cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 1 hour or until mixture is set. Could take an additional 30 minutes to set.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8
