  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 16 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 large tortillas

Step 1

In a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray, fry each tortilla front and back until nearly crisp. Place on a baking sheet. Meanwhile, cook ground beef, drain and season with taco flavoring. Divide the ground beef up between the 3 cooked tortillas. Add onion and drained kidney beans to each tortilla. Top with cheese and bake 350° for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cut wedges with a pizza cutter. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, olives or whatever toppings you prefer.
