Ingredients

  • 6 oz sea bass
  • salt,pepper
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Parsley
  • 2 oz sliced zucchini
  • 1 oz onion
  • 2 oz diced tomato
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp or spray oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350F.Season the sea bass with salt,pepper,rub with dijon mustard and lemon juice,sprinkle
with parsley,and bake 10-15 min. or until done.
Meanwhile,toss the vegetables in oil and season with salt and pepper.Roaste vegetables in the oven to desired doneness.Serve with the baked fish.

Sides: 2 cupa steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
