Coconut Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 1/2 cup self rising flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 6-7ox can coconut

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, mix well & pour into 2-9 inch pie crusts. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until brown.
