Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1/4 c. cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 jalapeno, stem removed (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place tomatoes in the manual food processor and chop to desired consistency. Remove from processor to a separate bowl. Combine cilantro, red onion, jalapeno, garlic and lime in manual food processor and chop to desired consistency. Add to the tomatoes and stir.
