Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 C veggie broth
  • 2/3 of oven ready lasagna
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 pckg frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 C ricotta
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. heat broth to a boil in skillet, break the noodles into pieces and add to broth. reduce heat to low cook for 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
2. stir the soup, tomatoes and spinach in skillet. cook for 5 min or until mixture is hot and bubbling.
3. remove skillet from heat spoon ricotta cheese on top and sprinkle with the mozzarella.
