Ingredients

  • 3 sticks of butter
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 6 cups of sugar.
  • 2 Tb spoons of vanilla
  • 1 large tub 13oz of Jiffy Marshmallow crème
  • Add 6 10oz. bags of peanut butter chips
  • 2-3 cups of smooth peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

This makes 6 lbs …

Mix all together
3 sticks of butter
1 can of evaporated milk
6 cups of sugar.

Heat to boil. (Make sure you continue to stir). Once boiling stir continuous for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove from heat add 2 Tb spoons of vanilla.

Add 1 large tub 13oz of Jiffy Marshmallow crème (heat in the microwave for 35 seconds before adding)

Add 6 10oz. bags of peanut butter chips

Add I would probably say 2-3 cups of smooth peanut butter (I never measure this but just whatever I feel like adding  )

Stir all of the ingredients until mixed through.

Now for the magic……..Let it sit for about 20 minutes. I do a wooden spoon test, if the spoon can stand straight in the middle of the pot without falling over you should be good to go….Pour the ingredients onto a flat surface…(I actually have a marble slab that I use) then fold the fudge over itself several times and then let it sit on the slab for a couple of hours before cutting into desired pieces…
