Dutch Oven Tex Mex

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground mild sausage
  • 1 med onion, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 med potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (15oz) chili beans
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brown meats with the veggies in the dutch oven.

2. After meats are browned add the rice, rotel, beans, broth, seasonings, and chicken broth.

3.Let it cook in the dutch oven for 30 mins or so on medium heat.
