FROSTING - Rich Vanilla Creme

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat butter or margarine, egg yolks and vanilla until blended (mixture may look curdled.) At low speed, beat in powdered sugar. Although speed, beat until light and fluffy.

Frosts one single layer cake.
