Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 oz smoked salmon, pulled apart
  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped (~1/3 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dill weed

Preparation

Step 1

Completely mix cream cheese and half-and-half with a fork. Add green onions, dill weed, lemon juice, and hot pepper sauce. Mix until well combined. Fold in smoked salmon. Cover and chill 4 hours before serving.
