  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Step 1

PSreheat oven to 400
Wash and dry kale on paper towels, or a salad spinner. Make sure kale is completely dry before baking since extra moisture prevents the kale from getting crispy. Remove stems and tear leaves into small pieces. Spread on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss until well coated and spread evenly in a single layer . Sprinkle with salt and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp
