  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Env Rapid-rise Yeast
  • 1/4 C Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 2/3 C Instant Mashed Potato Flakes
  • 1 1/4 t Salt
  • 1/4 C OJ
  • 1 C Water
  • 1/4 C Butter
  • 3 T Honey

Step 1

Combine Flour ans 1/2 C whole wheat flour, undissolved yeast, potato flakes, dry milk, and salt in a large bowl. Heat water, OJ, butter and honey to 120-130 degrees. Add to flour mixture. Beat 2 min at med speed scraping the bowl occasionally. Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough. Kneed on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 min. Cover and let rise 10 min

Divide dough into 12 pieces and shape into balls. Place in an 8 in sq pan cover and let rise in a warm place 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until rolls are puffy and touch each other.

Bake @350 15 minutes. Tent with foil and bake an additional 10-13 minutes.
