Cream Cheese Cupcakes

You can put orange, lemon or cherry flavorings in the cake OR you can add coloring in the cream too. Changing marchino cherry to something else will make this work for all kinds of holidays.

Ingredients

• 3 x 8-0z cream cheese
• 1 1/4 C sugar, divided
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 8 oz sour cream
• 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together:
3x 8-0z crem cheese
1 C sugar

Add 5 eggs and 1/2 tsp vanilla

Fill 22-24 cupcake holders **fill 3/4 full and bake 30 min at 300. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes - they will fall!


mix together:
8 oz sour cream
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 C sugar


Put 1 tps of mix into each cake and bake 5 more minutes. Add 1/2 marchino cherry on each cupcake. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
