Ingredients
- 1 lb pork sausage
- 1 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/4 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 pkg won ton wrappers
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage and drain thoroughly. Combine drained sausage with cheeses, olives, dressing and red pepper. Lightly grease muffins tins. Press one won ton wrapper in each cup and bake 5 mins, or until very lightly browned. Remove from tins and place on baking sheet. Fill each won ton wrapper with sausage mixture. Bake an additional 5-8 mins until cheese is bubbly.
