Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, halved, seeded, and peeled
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- salt (optional)
- 2 cups ice
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender combine avocado, banana, orange juice, plain Greek yogurt, honey, grated fresh ginger, and a dash of salt, if desired.
Cover and blend until smooth. Add 2 cups ice; blend until smooth.
