Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400 degrees & grease 12 muffin cups.

Beat egg; stir in milk & oil.

Mix in remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full & bake 20-25 minutes till golden brown.
